Upon admission a one-time non-refundable registration fee of $25 and a payment of one-week security deposit are required.

Tuition is due on the Thursday before the week of attendance. For every day that the payment is late a fee of $5 will be charged.

Full tuition is due for scheduled holidays but full week vacation is at 1/2 the tuition rate. No reimbersement is given for unscheduled days off, such as those taked due to illness.

A fee of $25 will be charged for a returned check and Smart Child will have the option to refuse any further payment by check.

Children left past closing will be assessed a $10 late fee for every 10 minutes after 6:00 p.m. which is to be paid to staff person on duty. Late fee will be charged to parents who are late at picking up their part-timer.

If a payment is outstanding for a week, the child will not be allowed to return to the school until the outstanding balance has been paid up.
